  • Where is my pre-ordered item?
    If you ordered any other item with the pre-ordered soap, your full order will be shipped by or after the date when the pre-order is ready. This means everything will ship together when your pre-order is ready. Please order separately if you would like your other items before the pre-order soap is ready.
  • What products are best for people suffering with eczema?
    The information section of each product lists what skin issues it it is best suited to treat.
  • How long does it take to receive my products after I've ordered?
    Our standard shipping time is 7-10 business days. If items are not received within this timeframe, please contact us so we can follow up on the issue.
  • How long does it take soaps to come back in stock?
    Soaps can take up to 8 weeks to be restocked. After getting all the supplies and making the soaps there is a 6 week curing period before soaps are ready for sale. Perfection takes time and we promise its worth the wait.
  • Are Blendia products safe for my skin type?
    Our products are designed to be safe for all skin types. We especially wanted to ensure that even the most sensitive skin types could use each and every product we offer. However, please check the ingredients in case you have allergies.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship internationally. If we do not ship to your area, please message us.
  • Do you offer wholesale?
    Currently, we do not offer wholesale, but you can still feel free to message us at blendia101@gmail.com for any inquiries you may have in the future.
  • Can the soaps be used "EVERYWHERE"?"
    Yes!!!! Our soaps are designed to be a full body experience. Even though some might be catagorized or labeled for a specific area you can definitely use each and every one from head to toe.
  • Do you offer soap making classes?
    As of right now our owner does not teach soap making classes but she plans on doing so in the near future.
  • Can I receive a refund for my order?
    If an item is broken or damaged we will replace the order after photo proof. Proof must show damage of package as well as damage of products. This does not include broken shower steamers due to them being fragile.
