Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time during holidays or sales.
Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Blendia By India is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

Scheduling: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within the 24-hour window.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, your money will be forfeited.

Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, all sales are final for the safety and protection of our customers.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
If you receive the wrong item or your product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
